- The Department of the Army, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting at White Sands Missile Range, NM, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, intends to award sole source to Anashere Inc., 106 Pronghorn Trail, Bozeman, MT 59718, a contractor for tethersondes and ground station. The required items include six (6) tethersondes (P/N:ST3.0M+P+2.4) and one (1) ground station (P/N:ST3.0G+2.4) with operating software (P/N: ST3.0S). This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources capable of meeting the requirement must submit a Capability Statement by 11:00am MT on 20 September 2011.
