NATIONAL ASSOICATION OF HOME BUILDERSNAICS: 541620 Response Date/Time: 09/21/2011@ 3PM The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Radiation and Indoor Air (ORIA) Indoor Environments Division. EPA is promoting the use of radon-resistant design techniques in new homes. ORIA, in Washington DC, intends to award a Purchase Order to National Association of Home Builders(NAHB) Research Center, of Washington, DC, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The purpose of this purchase order is to acquire access, for a base-year and four 1-year option periods, to promote better the use of RRNC withing the home building industry and to conduct annually a survey regarding construction practices.
