- Description
- The fish cleaning station will come complete with all components required, needing only to be set in place and have the utilities hooked to it. The station shall be at least 5feet X 5feet, +/- 6inch and shall meet ADA requirements. The fish cleaning station top and sides shall be constructed of stainless steel as well as all exterior components where possible. The grinder and all main utility connections shall be protected by door(s) or panel(s) capable of being locked. The station will also be equipped with: At least two attached water rinse hoses/stations for cleaning of the surface by users and at least one standard water faucet for general cleaning purposes. The station will have at least two 110v, GFCI waterproof electrical outlets. The waste disposal inlet will be protected so as to prevent people from reaching into it. The station will utilize a 2 shaft, low speed, high torque grinder, waste water solid grinder unit consisting of: The Grinder unit shall be an 'open channel' type with a cutter size of at least 4.5 inches discharging into a 4" drain line. The grinder heads shall be capable of being removed for onsite maintenance or replacement. Grinder shall use 3 phase electrical. Grinder will be capable of grinding and disposing of catfish up to at least 10 pounds. see solicitation
