- This solicitation is being issued as a sole-source, firm fixed price contract under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Requirements on an all or none basis to Gill Marketing Company. Upgrades are required at Defense Commissary Agency stores located throughout the continental United States. The RFP will be posted on the FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The NAICS code is 811219 Business Size Standard is $6.5 million for this requirement. Responsible, interested parties may identify their interest by submitting relevant information in response to this notice in writing, which should include a capability statement to show experience in providing upgrades of Hobart Brand meat wrapping systems and the ability to obtain software for upgrades. Firms may submit a capability statement within seven (7) calendar days of publication of this notice. A determination not to complete this requirement is entirely at the discretion of the Government. By submission of required information, the offeror acknowledges that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
