- DLA Troop Support intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for NSN 5680-01-176-9076, AM2 Pallet and Mat Assembly. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. First Article Test (FAT) is required. Required delivery will be 60 days after date of successful FAT. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC) with a 2-year base and 3 one-year options. The annual estimated value is $12,680,714.00. The guaranteed minimum will be 5% of the annual estimated value or $634,035.70.00 per year. Solicitation scheduled to issue on or about September 16, 2011. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support. This solicitation will allow for a multiple awards and evaluation based on Fair and Reasonable Price Technically Acceptable. For any questions or further details, please contact Darrell L.
