- Statement of Work AAC/PKOB at Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Parts and labor to install electronic access control security system and key control program in accordance with the attached Statement of work to Stanley Security Solutions Inc under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Funding is currently not available as the Government anticipates award subject to the Availability of Funds. Anticipated award date is 27 September 2011. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (1 EACH) Parts and labor to install electronic access control security system and key control program to incorporate the "Best Lock" system currently in place. These items must be delivered to: 20 SPSS - F1T3BW, 5001 Site C-6 Road STE SS Freeport, FL 32439 no later than 90 days after receipt of order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561621, small business size standard: $12.5 Million. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
