- Justification and Approval document. The United States Air Force (Luke AFB) intends to award a sole-source lease (12-month base with four 12-month options) contract to GE Healthcare for the following items in support of the 56 Medical Group, Luke AFB, AZ: CLIN 0001 Qty 12 months, CLIN 0002 Qty 12 months, Preventative maintenance agreement and warranty. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedure and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement is based on only one source able to provide this product. Responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
