- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91QF5-11-T-0037 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 and Defense Circular Number 20010819. NAICS code is 238210, with a small business size standard of $14M. This acquisition is totally set aside for small business. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001 - Redundant Fiber Optic Cabling for Building 1109; The Contractor shall engineer, furnish, install & test (EFI&T), and make operational 144 SM Fiber OSP. This work is to be done IAW the PWS and established industry acceptable standards. See attachments for PWS, QASP, and applicable provision and clauses. Required submittals: 1. Quote 2. Completed copy of provision 52.212-3 (unless available at https://orca.bpn.gov/) 3. Capabilities statement All questions shall be submitted electronically to nicole.black3@us.army.mil not later than 19 September 2011 at 1200 hours EDT. Questions submitted after this date and time will NOT be entertained. Quotes are due on 23 September 2011 by no later than 1100 hours EST. Quotes submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
