- THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING PUBLICIZED to satisfy the government ™s requirement for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 5.1 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for all qualified small businesses. The solicitation number M6700111T00014 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562119 and the small business size standard is 12.5 Line Item #0001 QTY (06)ea Service only Waterless Toilets to include a minimum of two cleanings per week for each toilet Line Item #0002 Qty (8) ea. Provide service Portable Chemical Toilets. with Base and 2 option years total 3 years aboard Marine Corps Logistics base, Albany, Ga. Marine Corps Base 814 Radford Blvd, Albany Ga 31704. Locations were toilets will be forward. Additional Information: Quotes will include descriptive literature, warranty, and insurance. Provide delivery days after receipt of order.
