- QUESTION 1: "Each RBC24 battery kit consist of 4 12v 9amp batteries, Will you be able to reuse your existing cables?" ANSWER 1: Yes. QUESTION 2: Shipping concerns. Para 4. Delivery Location: "CONUS and OCONUS" have been removed and replaced with "to Canada (address below)". ANSWER 2: The vendor must ship to the Canadian address provided. The customer suggested the vendor call FEDEX and get an estimate. FEDEX will ask the vendor for the vendor's zip code, and the postal code it is going to("P0H 1P0"). FEDEX delivers to this location all the time from the USA with no problem. The customer also suggested the vendor can also save by shipping FEDEX economy. QUESTION 3: How many bateries are in a pack? Required qty. 20 ea. Are these numberof packs or total of 20 batteries? e.g. I f there are 4 batteries/pack, then you need 5 packs or 20 packs(Total of 80 batteries) ANSWER 3: The requirement is 20 packs, consisting of 4 batteries each, for a total of 80 batteries.
