- Description
- The U.S. Government currently leases 14,080 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space located at the 56 Park of Commerce Blvd. Savannah, GA 31405, under a lease scheduled to expire January 21, 2012. The Government intends to negotiate a ten (10) year, five (5) year firm lease at this location at the same square footage based on economic advantage, agency mission, and other factors. The Government will only consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
