- The Department of Justice, National Security Division's Procurement Office intends to issue an award on a sole source basis to Matthew Bender & Company, Inc., DBA LexisNexis, PO Box 7247-0178, Philadelphia, PA 19170-0178 for the purchase of 3 LAW 5.0 software licenses with 12 months maintenance, and renewal of maintenance for 5 exisiting software licenses for Fiscal Year 2012. This vendor is the manufacturer and sole provided of the software and maintenance. No other entity is authorized to sell or resell this software or maintenance support. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitiation of offers. The Government intends to solicit and award with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis, is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available.
