- Mission & Installation Contracting Command, 9410 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to release a modification for four (4) months extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services to Fisher Bioservices Incorporated, 14665 Rothgeb Dr., Rockville, MD 20850 for Walk in Freezer and maintenance. The period of performance for this action is 30 September 2011 through 29 January 2012. The Sole Source procurement is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) due to Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC). The North Amercian Classification code (NAICS) 493120 applies. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. If you feel your firm can provide these services, please submit a capabilities statement by 16 September 2011. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantagous to the Government. The Government may consider all capability statements received.
