- W913FT-11-T-0140 Tools for base camp improvements - USMILGP - Colombia Pre-solicitation Synopsis The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Bogota has a requirement for tools for base camp improvements for the United States Military Group - Colombia (USMILGP-CO). The contractor will be responsible for all shipping and customs clearance and installation in order to deliver the parts to la Macarena, Colombia within 30 days after date of contract award. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The solicitation will be posted on ASFI/FBO and the U.S. Embassy - Bogota contracting website on or before 20 September 2011. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor the website for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation.
