- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-10-T-0056 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. NAICS for determination of size status is 561210. CLIN 0001 (QTY 1)DDF Expanding Shelter: (Ellis & Watts (EW) Part Number (PN) 94B without Environmental Control Unit (ECU), without generator) or equal; CLIN 0002 (QTY 1) Large ISO type Rack Shelter (E&W PN 93R with two 60 tilting antenna mast without ECU) or equal; CLIN 0003 (QTY 1) Small ISO type Rack Shelter: (E&W PN 93S w/one smaller antenna mast with ECU) or equal; CLIN 0004 (QTY 1)Non-Recurring Engineering MAAS-T-5WS-S-4T or equal CLIN 0005 Labor for (1) Program Manager for 90 hours for 6 Months at Robins AFB, GA and Labor for (1) Administrative Assistant for 6 Months at Robins AFB, GA Prices quoted must include all applicable delivery fees. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items; Offers will be evaluated on past performance, technical and price. When combined past performance and technical are approximately equal to price. If offeror is registered in ORCA, Reps and Certs are not required; however, offeror must indicate such with their proposal.
