- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Military Academy is looking for sources that can provide an RF VECTOR SIGNAL GENERATOR. The specifications, terms, and conditions are contained in the attached SF1449 solicitation. If you can provide a solution that meets these specifications, terms, and conditions, please email a quote along with a completed SF1449 to dominick.belfiore@us.army.mil no later than the listed due date.
