This is NOT a request for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is a Sources Sought Notice issued for informational and planning purposes only. No Solicitation is currently available, and no unsolicited proposal will be entertained as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The specific purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is to identify those sources capable of providing the following list of items or equal: SEE ATTACHMENT FOR LINE ITEM BREAKDOWN IT IS THE GOVERNMENTS INTENT TO SET-ASIDE THIS COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT - 100% TO SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. THE NAICS IS 326220 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF 500 Employees. This Sources Sought encourages maximum participation of interested Small companies to verify that the Government can satisfy that 2 or more contractors can meet this requirement. HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: 1. Provide your company name, address, phone and fax number, the name, phone number, and title of a person to contact, DUNs and Bradstreet number, business size and whether 51% or more of these items can be supplied through a GSA Scheduled contract. 2. Description of each related requirement completed by your company as a prime Contractor or as a significant subcontractor within the past three (3) years, including as much of the following information as possible: (a) A brief description of the technical requirements of that project; (b) The specific information on your company's previous experience in providing the type of products required by this announcement; and, (c) The name, address, point of contact and phone number of customer Interested sources that believe they possess the capabilities necessary to undertake this requirement should submit an electronic copy of their capability statement, addressing the criteria identified above. Any proprietary information should be so marked. Written capability statements shall clearly and unambiguously demonstrate ability to provide the requirement identified in this notice in order to allow the Government to determine the organizations qualifications to provide the service/product. Responses to this notice should sent via email to Michael Heth, Contractor Specialist at michael.heth@hurlburt.af.mil with a copy to Dorethas Bracey, Contracting Officer at Dorethas.Bracey@hurlburt.af.mil no later than 12:00 p.m., Central Standard Time Thursday, Sep 15, 2011. No telephone requests will be honored. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. This market survey is for information and planning purposes only, does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U. S. Government. The Government implies no intention or opportunity to acquire funding to support current or future development efforts.
