- AAC/PKOAB, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for Xacore Headsets with specifics as listed below. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) number F1T2AP1252A002. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement consists of the following items: CLIN 0001: (40 EA) x-62000-L, Threat4 In-Ear Digital Radio Headsets with Left Dynamic Boom & AP107BRS Connector CLIN 0002: (40 EA) x-63000, Threat4 Tri Radio PTT with Headset (x-62000) Volume/Mode Control, AJ107BRS Headset (x-62000) Jack & Hardwired Radio Cables CLIN 0003: (40 EA) x-63116-1, Threat4 x-63000 Hardwired Radio Interface Coil Cable for Position 1 for PRC-148 (MBITR) / PRC-152 / 117 / PSC5 (Circular Mount) CLIN 0004: (40 EA) x-63129-BO, Threat4 Bail Out Cord VIC / LVIS, terminates with AJ107BRS to x-63125-3 Provide estimated delivery date ARO. Pricing should include shipping and delivery costs, FOB Destination.
