- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C0RH1221A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. The NAICS code is 327390 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001: Meadow Burke Part #45110C- 10ft strongback QTY:4 each CLIN 0002: Meadow Burke Part #45120C- 20ft strongback QTY:4 each CLIN 0003: Meadow Burke Part #45100C- Splice set QTY: 4 each CLIN 0004: ¾" x 18" -Adjustable coil bolt with running nut QTY:10 each CLIN 0005: 1-1/4" x 18" - adjustable coil bolt with running nut QTY:8 each GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD ON A BEST VALUE BASIS. These items must be specifically Meadow Burke. Or equal items will NOT be accepted. Please provide two options for shipping, as follows: Option 1: GUAM Delivery Address: Unit 14014, Bldg 21016 AAFB, Guam 96929 Option 2 TRACY: DEFENSE DISTRIBUTION DEPOT SAN JOAQUIN TRACY DEPOT, CCP WHSE. 16B-3 25600 SOUTH CHRISMAN ROAD TRACY, CA 95304-5000 FOB is destination Items should be shipped no later than 30 days ADC. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the best value to the government. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
