- Clauses 52.212-4-5 SF 18 RFQ The US Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service in Reno, NV has a requirement for a new or used Lawson Pasture Aerator with broadcast seeder. The aerator and broadcast seeder crushes brush then creates small depression in the soil for holding water and preventing seeds from blowing away. The litter from the brush helps to hold the seeds in place and helps to protect the seeds from predators. Proposed implement must be able to perform the above tasks in one pass Completed RFQ's are to be sent to the attention of FRED GIFFORD as listed in this notice. BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT DETERMINATION.
