This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items and authority of FAR Part 13.5 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is 11WH631-028. This solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44, Effective 8 July 2010. The proposed contract is a competitive action and is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 334119 and the Small Business Standard is 1,000 employees.
