- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Estimated magnitude is less than $25,000. The Contracting Division, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for services to provide labor, equipment, and supplies to install sound absorbing baffles and wall panels to Gymnasium located at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. Award of contract is subject availability of funding. The type of contract is firm-fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 238290 is applicable. Small business size standard is $14 million. Electronic quotes will be accepted. Solicitation is No. W911RP-11-T-0097. Acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. Quotes are due Sept 21, 2011. Site visit is scheduled for Sept 19, 2011, 10:30 AM. All representatives intending to attend the site visit must contact the POC below to gain base access by CLOSE OF BUSINESS Sept 16, 2011.
