Performance Work Statement for the Protestant Gospel Musician for Luke AFB AZ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number FA4887GMBPA is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporated provision and clauses are those effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813110 and the size standard of $7.0 million dollars. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program does not apply. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) does not apply. The Contemporary Gospel Musician provides the necessary musical support for the Contemporary Gospel Service at Luke AFB. The primary form of worship is a blend of Contemporary Gospel style praise which is an essential element of this Protestant worship experience. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement describing what will be required during the duration of the BPA. We request this BPA to begin on 30 Sep 2011 and last till 30 Sep 2016. The evaluation will be based on low price, and technically acceptable offer.
