- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number FA4887CPBPA is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporated provision and clauses are those effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813110 and the size standard of $7.0 million dollars. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program does not apply. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) does not apply. The requirement is to provide personnel and transportation necessary to provide a full time contract Catholic Priest for the Roman Catholic Community at Luke AFB under the direction of the Wing Chaplain. The contractor shall provide for the religious and spiritual needs of the Air Force and their families. The contractor shall support individual rights under the First Amendment to the US Constitution and shall provide an opportunity for everyone to freely exercise their religious beliefs. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement describing what will be required during the duration of the BPA. We request this BPA to begin on 30 Sep 2011 and last till 30 Sep 2016. The evaluation will be based on low price, and technically acceptable offer.
