- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. In preparation for a future procurement, the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas is performing market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 423450 (size standard 100 employees) that can offer same or similar surgical products listed below: M8259999.S Info V.A.C. Therapy Unit Physical specifications: 23cm (9.05") X 17 cm (6.69") x 17 cm (6.69") Weight: 5.9lbs. (2.7kg) Interested companies should submit an electronic statement outlining their company's capability and capacity to provide the product, the specifications of the therapy units, and the delivery time to get the product to Houston, Texas. Also, firms should provide their business size status in accordance with the small business administration website (www.sba.gov) for the above referenced NAICS code they fall within (i.e. small businesses, 8(a) firms, HUBZones, small disabled veteran owned businesses, etc.) This Sources sought is for informational purposes and all businesses able to provide this equipment are encouraged to submit information regardless of Business size.
