- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will beprepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego-Pacific (SPAWAR San Diego/Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to MRV Optical Communications Systems for the following items: Item 0001 Interface Blace for 4X/8X/HS series chassis with 36 SFP ports hot swappable, P/N EMPMC-36SFP (4 EA) Item 0002 72-port 2 slot 4X Media Cross Connect Chassis 4.25Gbps with one 90-240VAC power supply and Linux Managament Card add one NC316- 72RPSAC for power redundancy, P/N NC316-72PMC4X (2 EA); Item 0003 Redundant power supply for 72 port chassis 4X/8X/HS series, P/N NC316-72RPSAC (2 EA); Item 0004 SFP Fast Ethernet and OC-3, MM, 1310nm, 2km with Digital Diagnostics, P/N SFP-O3D-M, (144 EA) Item 0005 - Unlimited Service/Support Web site access with SW & Documentation Updates 24x7; Service/Support TAC for Telephone support. Overnight hardware replacement NBD. Cost 10% of HW list. (1 lot). Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12.
