- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THE ARMY RESERVE CONTRACTING CENTER - SOUTH (ARCC-S) OFFICE HAS A REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE LODGING ACCOMENDATION FOR THE SOILDER READINESS PROGRAM (SRP) IN THE COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA WITHIN A 6 MILE RADIUS FORT JACKSON, SC. ALL OFFERORS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN THE OFFER BEING CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. OFFERS FORWARDED BY TRANSMISSION FROM A GOVERNMENT FACSIMILE MACHINE WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. OFFER DUE DATE IS LISTED IN BLOCK 8 OF THE SF1449. (15 September 11 @ 4:00 PM) - OFFERS SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS: a. Mailed to the address listed in Block 9 of the SF1449. b. Emailed to William.Russell20@usar.army.mil. Only 1 offer will be accepted. Submission of multiple copies will result in all offers being rejected as non-responsive. ***DO NOT SUBMIT EXTRANEOUS MATERIAL. OFFERS SUBMITTED AND RECEIVED WITH MATERIALS AND ATTACHMENTS NOT REQUESTED WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE. ******** SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its proposal the technical approach for the offeror's services as a prime contractor, i.e. how can the third party commit the hotel services. Proof of insurance is required. (Again, this is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable). This acquisition is set aside for small business under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 721110. ALL QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO THIS SOLICITATION SHALL BE IN WRITING AND SHALL BE EMAILED TO William A. Russell William.Russell20@USAR.ARMY.MIL. TELEPHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
