- ***VOLTAGE AND PHASE CLARIFIED*** **MODEL NUMBER CLARIFIED** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155711RC200FS, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 335222 and the small business size standard is 1000 EMP. The following commercial item is requested: CLIN0001: (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL) DELFIELD 6125XL-SH Solid Door Reach-in Freezer (Quantity-2 ea.) Specification: - Stainless steel doors and front shroud - Aluminum sides - Seamless, Delrite ABS interior liner - Top mounted refrigeration system - High performance Delflow refrigeration, designed to maintain -5°F to 0°F - Ships with casters mounted from factory - Easy to adjust epoxy shelves (three per section) - Easy to read digital thermometer with visual high/low temp alarm - 10' cord and plug attached - Edgemount door hinges - Pressure relief valve is standard to prevent door vapor lock - High density foamed in place, Kyoto Protocol Compliant, Non ODP, Non GWP polyurethane insulation - Interior accepts 18" x 26" sheet pans - Self closing doors with stay open feater at 120° - Ergonomically correct, easy greip door handles - 120 V, 1 Phase *ALL SPECIFICATIONS AND PICTURES OF PRODUCT MUST BE INCLUDED WITH QUOTE TO BE CONSIDERED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE *AWARD WILL BE MADE ON THE BASIS OF THE LOWEST EVALUATED PRICE OF QUOTES MEETING OR EXCEEDING ACCEPTABILITY STANDARDS FOR NON-COST FACTORS. ***ALL SHIPPING COST MUST BE INCLUDED WITH FINAL QUOTE*** FOB is destination Tracy, CA. Items should be shipped no later than 60 days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to Tracy, CA. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
