- Description
- Mission and installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Drum, NY intends to award a sole source contract for copier rentals to CANON USA INCORPORATE, 2110 WASHINGTON BLVD STE 300, ARLINGTON, VA 22204-5719. The total requirement is for 639 copiers to be rented over a period of 3 months, period of performance is 1 Oct 2011 thru 31 Dec 2011. The service will include copier rental and copier maintenance. This action will serve as a bridge contract, being awarded to the incumbent in which the copiers are already physically located on Fort Drum, and will cover services on Fort Drum until the Army Copier Blanket Purchase Agreements are in place. For ease of contract administration this action will be broken up into four contracts awarding 25 copier rentals, 76 copier rentals, 373 copier, and 165 copier rentals on separated contracts. The anticipated award date is 14 Sept 2011.
