- Sole Source Letter The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field FL intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc. for Line Item 0001: Enhanced Blue Tick Module, Part# 0020CH, Qty = 50; 0002: External GPS Antenna, Part# 0024AA Qty = 50. This award will be made to General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc. and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 334119 with a small business size standard of 750. This sole source action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 13.501. This notice is NOT a request for quote. However, interested companies shall submit to the contracting officer a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, and 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the requested services at or before 4:00 PM (CST), 13 Sep 2011. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a future competitive procurement. The contract award is in an amount not expected to exceed the SAT.
