- Solicitation H92222-11-T-0004 Brand Name Justification IAW FAR 5.102(a)(6) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and the solicitation is attached to this combined synopsis/solicitaiton.
