- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: OK City: Stillwater Delineated Area: City Limits of Stillwater, OK Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,675 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Space Type: Office and related Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Total Parking Spaces (Surface): 19 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Secured): 6 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: A total of nineteen (19) on-site employee parking spaces plus a small secured fenced area (or wareyard) for Government Owned Vehicles (GOV's) or equipment. The fenced area is intended to secure approximately 6 vehicles. The stated parking requirements are in addition to on-site visitor parking. The Government requires occupancy 120 calendar days from Tenant Improvement Notice to Proceed. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
