- Publications Pre-Solicitation Notice - Synopsis Proposed Solicitation #- FA3030-11-T-0044 Requirement- Wrecked Vehicles Delivery and Removal Description Goodfellow AFB, Texas, requires a contract for Wrecked Vehicle Delivery and Removal (Statement of Work to be provided with solicitation). A solicitation will be posted and made available on or after 15 Sep 2011. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under procedures of FAR 12, Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990, size standard $7,000,000.00. All offerors must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov, the On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) website at www.bpn.gov, and have a tax identification number and a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. DUNS information and/or application can be accessed at http://smallbusiness.dnb.com or by calling 1-800-234-3867. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any documents. The anticipated award date for this requirement is 25 Sep 11. The government contemplates award of an Single Award competively priced Blanket Purchase Agreement to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
