No telephone request will be accepted. NOUN: Tank, Fuel, Aircraft, PRON: AX1Q0478AX, Master NSN: 1560-01-533-5664, PN 406-060-601-101 or 103, SubNSNs are 1560-01-265-2023, part number 406-060-601-103 or 1560-01-164-6785, part number 406-060-601-101. Quantity: Minimum 100 ea /Maximum 500 each, 3 year IDIQ, applicable to the OH-58D. This item is restricted to approved Sources Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (CAGE 97499), Meggitt (Rockmart), Inc. (CAGE 56221), American Fuel Cell and Coated Fabrics Company, DBA Amfuel (CAGE 05476) because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-l00. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
