Place of performance will be at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ 08733. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR 6.1, full and open competition. The award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract. The award shall be based on technically acceptable, lowest offer. The required performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Solicitation will be available September 14, 2011 on the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.mil/.
