Description
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL) Ann Arbor Wellness/Fitness Center Program has a requirement for Wellness/Fitness Center Program, in accordance with Attachment A Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Refer to RFQ-OH-11-00072 when responding to this request. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This acquisition is set-a-side for small business. The NAICS codes are: 611620 Sports and Recreation Instruction (2007), the size standard is $7.0 Million; 713940 Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers (2007), the size standard is $7.0 Million; 713990 All Other Amusement and Recreation Industries (2007), the size standard is $7.0 Million; 812191 Diet and Weight Reducing Centers (2007), the size standard is $19.0 Million. All supplies shall be provided to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory located at 2000 Traverwood Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 after receipt of award. The F.O.B. point shall be destination. Price quotes shall include any setup charges. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items is applicable and the specific evaluation criteria are included in Attachment B Technical Evaluation Criteria.
