- 12 September 2011Solicitation Number: N65236-10-R-0034Title: Multiple Platform Material/Equipment ProcurementDescription: Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends toissue Request for Proposal (RFP) N65236-10-R-0034 for the procurement forMultiple Platform Material/Equipment. The procurement will be for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) multipleplatform material/equipment to support the fabrication, assembly, integration,testing, inspection, and delivery of integrated systems or equipments forinstallation ashore or aboard ship/tactical platforms. The multiple platformprograms to be supported by this procurement include but are not limited toShipbuilding and Conversion (SCN), Naval Tactical Command Support System(NTCSS), Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR), Mine Resistant AmbushProtected (MRAP), Joint High-Speed Vessel (JHS) Architecture, and VisualInformation Display System (VIDS). The applicable NAICS code is 335999 with the size standard of 500 employees.The Government estimate for this solicitation is approximately $820 million.The Government anticipates award of a multiple award, indefinite delivery,indefinite quantity (IDIQ), performance-based contract(s) that will provide forthe issuance of firm fixed price delivery orders. The period of performanceincludes a base year and four one-year option periods. The procurement will beconducted under full and open competitive procedures after exclusion ofsources (100% Small Business Set-Aside). The estimated date for the formalRFP is October 2011.
