- Solicitation/RFQ Brand Name Letter The purpose of this amendment is to answer a question submitted and to clarify line items in notice. Question: Unable to identify line item 0006-AA Part No. W9C10367, Joystick, for a 2004 Oshkosh Plow. Answer: Market research has determined that Part No. W9C10367 is manufactured by subcontractor Wausau-Everest as an OEM part for Oshkosh. To clarify, while it is understood that some of the line items in this notice my be manufactured by a subcontractor for Oshkosh, these parts are still considered to be OEM parts for Oshkosh, and therefore this will still be considered a Brand Name purchase. Due to the question that was asked, and the nature of the clarification given, this notice will be extended to give all potential offerers an opportunity to respond.
