- Description
- The U. S. Army Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with A&D Technologies Inc., 4622 Runway Blvd, Ann Arbor, MI 48108-9555. The contractor shall provide application support, instruction, consultation, alterations and complete the installation of a Dynamometer System. A&D Technologies Inc. has proprietary rights to the custom design and components for the Dynamometer System. No other company can perform these services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334519 and the size standard is 500. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements, as outlined in the attached requirements document, may give written notification. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses are required to be submitted by September 19, 2011, 11:00 a.m. EST. Responses shall be submitted to the point of contact Shakina Welch via e-mail, shakina.a.welch.civ@mail.mil
