- The Rock Island Contracting Center (RICC)- intends to award a firm fixed-price contract on a sole source basis. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received will be considered by the Government. This purchase is for various Janus 32" Display packages including media controllers and live video server. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". Intended Awardee is: Morrow Technologies Corporation 12000 28th St. N. St. Petersburg, FL 33716
