- J&A Futures Oberon Approved J&A for exception to fair opportunity process required in FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). Performance is a continuation of effort from the existing order that was placed in accordance with the fair opportunity process and was not issued under sole source or limited source procedures. Task order is under one of three (3) multiple award IDIQ's that are currently in place. Contracts were based on full and open competition and the ensuing Task Orders were issued pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(1), Fair Opportunity.
