- REQUIREMENTS WORKSHEET (REQUIRED DELIVERABLE) RFQ FOR HOTEL/CONFERENCE SPACE Respondents must be primary provider of all services. No submissions from third party providers will be considered. OPM is not requesting the services of event planners. The purpose of this request is to provide commercial hotel, conference center and/or training facility space for leadership training seminars to be held by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Leadership and Human Resources Development Solutions (LHRDS), Management Development Centers (MDC). These leadership seminars will be designed and delivered by the MDC, which will be the holder of the contract. QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 3:00 PM ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2011. RESPONSES ARE DUE BY 9:00 AM EST ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2011.
