- Revised PWS dated 30 Aug 2011 12 September 2011 MRO Synopsis Hill Air Force Base (AFB), OO-ALC/PKES intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Software Implementation & Sustainment Support contract for 309th Maintenance Wing at Hill AFB. The requirements include continued sustainment support for the existing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) system. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 541512 and the Small Business Size Standard is $25M. It is anticipated that a single solicitation and a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this notice. Also, it is anticipated that contract award will be made to one contractor. The Government is soliciting for the award of a Firm-Fixed Price basic contract with a base year and four one year options with an option to extend the contract for 6 months. The solicitation will be issued on or about 1 Oct 2011 with a 30 day proposal period. This is a 100% small business set-aside requirement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. The solicitation and all subsequent notices and amendments will be posted on the Internet at http://fedbizopps.gov. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spend to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
