- SF30 PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SF30. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ANSWER QUESTIONS SUBMITTED AND TO CLARIFY SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. THE INTRODUCTORY STATEMENT HAS BEEN MODIFIED. Q1. The solicitation specifies Summit X models. X models are the pre-season purchase only models and need to be ordered in April for fall delivery. Standard Summit models are functionally equivalent to Summit-X's. A1. Line item 001 has been changed to read: New Ski-Doo Summit eTech 800cc, with 163" track or longer (Model year not specified); Please include pricing for the following: cover, spare belt and spare spark plugs. Q2. The solicitation specifies 156" or greater track length. Ski-doo does not produce a 156" Summit model. They do produce a 154" and 163". Is it possible that a 154" or 163" would be acceptable? A2. Line item 001 has been changed to read: New Ski-Doo Summit eTech 800cc, with 163" track or longer (Model year not specified); Please include pricing for the following: cover, spare belt and spare spark plugs. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. The USDA NRCS Idaho State Office has a requirement for three (3) New Ski-Doo Summit X eTech 800cc, with 156" track or longer (Model year not specified) or EQUAL. The salient characteristic(s) that must be met are as follows: 2 stroke low emission engine. Please see attached documents for more information on this soliciation.
