- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD. NOTICE POSTED FOR 5 CALENDAR DAYS ONLY. Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award the ASTI AUDIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM as a SOLE SOURCE to Advanced Simulation Technology, INC. ASTI AUDIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM will be used in conjunction will be an addition to current ASTI RADIO TRAINING SYSTEM that is in place at Fort Sill. This award will consist of an additional 32 operator stations that will be provided by ASTI. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334290 and the size standard is 750 employees. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, justification for other than full and open competition. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 5 business days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
