- Health Care Acquisition Activity-North intends to issue a contract with Konica Minolta Medical Imaging, 411 Newark Pompton turnpike, Wayne, NJ 07470 for 3 REGIUS Model 110 CR Readers, for use at IACH, Ft. Knox KY. The purchase will be made under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The REGIUS Model 110 CR Reader is the model currently chosen by IACH and is compatible with current configurations within the RAD room. This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, using simplified acquisition procedures. NAICS code is 423450. Offerors certain they can meet the requirement may submit in writing an affirmative response and statement of technical capabilities, which will be reviewed. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Affirmative written response must be received no later than 2PM Eastern Standard Time on 15 September 2011.
