- NAWCAD Rotary Wing Acquisition Roadmap Industry Day Public Announcement A Rotary Wing Acquisition Roadmap Industry Day is scheduled for Thursday, 6 October 2011 from 0900 - 1630, at the new Avian Center (formerly the JT Daugherty Center) at 22111 Three Notch Road, Lexington Park, MD 20653. This event, hosted by the Naval Air Warfare Center's Naval Aviation Center for Rotorcraft Advancement, will feature detailed presentations of the vertical lift and commodity program acquisition roadmaps by the respective program managers and requirements officers. It is an opportunity for our rotorcraft industry partners to view and assess first-hand our future platform system requirements as they shape their future technology development efforts. These program briefings are intended for Rotorcraft Prime Contractors and their major suppliers as they will present our fiscal strategy through the fiscal year development plan (FYDP). Registration information can be found on the NACRA websites (www.navair.navy.mil/NACRA and https://nacra.navair.navy.mil). Seating is limited. The last day registration will be taken is Thursday 29 September 2011.
