The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Oklahoma City, OK Delineated Area: North: From the intersection of S. Council Rd./I-40 in an easterly direction to the intersection of I-40/S. Portland Avenue East: From the intersection of I-40/S Portland Avenue in a southbound direction to intersection of S. Portland Avenue/Airport Rd. South: From the intersection of S. Portland Avenue/Airport Rd in a westbound direction to the intersection of Airport Rd./S Council Rd. Blvd. West: From the intersection of Airport Rd./S Council Rd. in a northbound direction to the intersection of S. Council Rd./I-40 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 26,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,350 Space Type: Flex+Land Parking Spaces (Total): 90 Parking Spaces (Surface): 90 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 90 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: • Contiguous, efficient space is required • 3 acres of secure, fenced land located directly adjacent to the building to be used for training purposes • Back up generator • Ceilings must be a minimum of 15 feet Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers.
