- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan intends to award a contract New Century Hotel Portfolio Courtyard of Flint for overnight rooms on 9 September as well as 26-30 September for 79 Double Rooms per night. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The Courtyard has agreed to honor per diem rates at $77.00 per night. Further information can be provided if required. Responses to this intent should be only from hotels able to accommodate this number of individuals as well as be in the lower central portion of Michigan.
