- Limited Source Justification. J&A8.405-6(b)(3): SP330010F0139 SPECIAL NOTICE: SP3300-10-F-0139 This notice is to inform interested parties of DLA Distribution's modification of existing contract SP3300-10-F-0139. This modification is to augment the government workforce in performing weapons receiving and stow processes at DLA Distribution Anniston (DDAA). The sole source modification was issued to ELEIT Technology, Inc., 201 Triana Boulevard, Huntsville AL 35805. The statutory authority utilized for this modification; allowing for other than full and open competition is FAR 8.405-6(b)(3). An urgent and compelling need exists, and following the ordering procedures would result in unacceptable delays. Contract term is 25 March 2011 through 24 March 2012 - this modification revises the level of effort required during the period of performance of 1 October 2011 through 24 March 2012. The value of the modification is $662,368.98. This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
